Logistics Park SIRIN PARK MĀRUPE launches, more than €100M investments planned in Riga

SIRIN PARK MĀRUPE, a modern logistics park with 27,000 sqm of space, has opened its doors to tenants near Riga Airport. SIRIN Development, the leading logistics real estate developer in the Baltics, has invested EUR 20 million in the first phase of this project.

This year, the company will invest EUR 10 million in the second phase of the park, which will develop a further 16,000 sqm of warehouse space. The park at Grenču iela 5, offers a strategic location in Riga, near the A10 highway, providing easy access to the city center and Riga International Airport.

According to him, SIRIN PARK MĀRUPE stands out not only for its large, high-capacity warehouses with maximum floor load capabilities but also for its well-designed infrastructure tailored to meet the specific needs of logistics companies. In addition to Mārupe, the company is expanding the SIRIN PARK RUMBULA project, which already features 80,000 sqm of warehouse space in Riga.

Also, SIRIN Development will invest EUR 16 million in the first phases of the SIRIN PARK DREILINI this year, offering 27,000 sqm of modern warehouses to tenants.
