BTS (BUILD TO SUIT) PROJECT MANAGER

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients interested in development of logistics centers in Baltic states
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements for logistic centers
• Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to each client’s specifications and objectives towards
• Lead negotiations with the objective of attaining the optimal agreement concerning price, terms, and other conditions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance and support to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best result

• Bachelor’s degree in business/economics, finance, law, or construction (preferred, but not a must)
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales in logistics with key clients or commercial real estate development/ sales
• Experience in budgeting
• Proficient in negotiation and communication
• Excellent knowledge of English languages
• Analytics, insight, responsibility, independence, good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to evaluate proposed solutions, absorb innovations, organize work, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team, ensure a smooth exchange of information between company departments and team members

The basic part of the salary is indicated. Additionally you will get bonuses depending on your personal and company results.
