Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating real estate transactions (leases, purchases and sales), various contracts (design, construction, services, etc.) and related documents;
• Preparing official correspondence documents (claims, notifications, demands, etc.);
• Representing the company in public institutions, notary offices, and participating in negotiations;
• Establishing companies, preparing corporate documents and procedures;
• Providing legal consultations to colleagues, identifying and managing risks;
• Monitoring legislation and court practices and performing other legal tasks.

Your knowledge and experience:

• High university education in law (Master’s degree – integrated studies or a combination of Bachelor’s and Master’s studies in law);
• At least 2 years of legal work experience in a company or a law firm. Experience in the real estate sector (construction companies, real estate development, etc.) would be an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, focused on problem-solving and achieving results, able to negotiate effectively and work under tight deadlines;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Very good oral and written English skills.

Salary

2600 -4300 €/ month gross. The indicated base salary. In addition, a bonus is paid according to the approved bonus system, the size of which depends on personal and company results.
